Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete all data Adcora holds about you at any time. Choose any of the options below.

Option 1 — In Adcora

1. Sign in to Adcora.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Your account, reports, KPI settings, stored advertising data and access tokens are deleted. Removal from backups completes within 30 days.

Option 2 — Remove Adcora from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find Adcora, select it and click Remove.

Adcora loses access to your ad accounts immediately. When Meta notifies us that the integration was removed, we delete the data received through your account within 30 days.

Option 3 — By email

1. Write to privacy@getadcora.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address of your Adcora account, or include your Facebook user ID.

We confirm the request within 3 business days, give you a confirmation number, and complete deletion within 30 days. If any data must be kept by law (for example, billing records), we will tell you what and why.
