Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Adcora website and service ("Adcora"). By creating an account or using Adcora you agree to them.
1. Provider
Adcora is provided by ФІЗИЧНА ОСОБА-ПІДПРИЄМЕЦЬ АНГЕЛОВ ОЛЕКСАНДР СЕРГІЙОВИЧ (Individual Entrepreneur Anhelov Oleksandr Serhiiovych), Unified State Register of Ukraine record no. 2010350000000384171, registered address: Україна, 84130, Донецька обл., Краматорський р-н, місто Святогірськ, вулиця Івана Мазепи, будинок 58, квартира 69. 2. The service
Adcora connects to Meta advertising accounts you authorise (read-only), calculates performance metrics, compares them with the targets you set, and produces alerts, analyses and reports with the help of AI. Adcora does not make changes in your ad accounts.
Adcora is currently in private beta. Beta access is free, features may change, and the service may be interrupted.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose ad accounts you connect.
- You connect only ad accounts you have the right to access, and, where you manage accounts for clients, you have their permission to share the account data with Adcora.
- You keep your login secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You comply with Meta's terms and advertising policies. Adcora is not affiliated with Meta.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Adcora: attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer or overload the service, resell it without our consent, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. AI-generated content
Explanations, recommendations and reports are generated with the help of AI from your data. They are decision support, not guarantees. Metrics are calculated by code from the data Meta provides; you remain responsible for the decisions you make in your ad accounts.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans, prices and billing terms will be published on getadcora.com before they apply. Payments will be processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record; its name will be shown at checkout and in these Terms. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Data and privacy
Your data remains yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time — see Data Deletion.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular during the beta and when Meta's API is unavailable or changes. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes to paid plans.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adcora is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or advertising spend. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply to you.
10. Termination
You can stop using Adcora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; write to hello@getadcora.com.
12. Changes to these Terms
We will publish changes on this page and update the date above; for significant changes we will notify account holders by email in advance.
