Adcora is currently in private beta and free of charge, so no payments are taken. This policy will apply once paid plans launch.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and will not be charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — the first payment or a renewal. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@getadcora.com with the subject "Refund request" from the email address of your Adcora account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
